MDA WATCHES is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years of delivery of the goods. With regard to used goods, MDA WATCHES is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within twelve months from the delivery of the goods.

In the event of a lack of conformity, the Buyer may request, without charge, repair, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or is excessively burdensome for the Seller pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.

 

Our warranty on watches is void due to third-party tampering or damage caused by improper use of the watch.

Guarantees and assistance methods

 

1.1 The Seller is liable for any lack of conformity that occurs within two years from delivery of the goods. As for used goods, the seller is liable for any lack of conformity that becomes apparent within one year of delivery of the goods.

 

1.2 For the purposes of this contract it is assumed that the consumer goods are in conformity with the contract if, where relevant, the following circumstances exist: a) they are suitable for the use to which goods of the same type are normally used; b) comply with the description given by the seller and possess the qualities of the goods that the seller has presented to the consumer as a sample or model; c) present the quality and usual performance of an asset of the same type, which the consumer can reasonably expect, taking into account the nature of the goods and, where appropriate, public statements on the specific characteristics of the goods made in this regard by the seller, from the manufacturer or his agent or representative, in particular in advertising or labeling; d) they are also suitable for the particular use desired by the consumer and that he was brought to the attention of the seller at the time of the conclusion of the contract and that the seller has accepted also for conclusive facts.

 

1.3 The Buyer loses all rights if he does not report the lack of conformity to the seller within two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. The complaint is not necessary if the seller has acknowledged the existence of the defect or has concealed it.

 

1.4 In the event of a lack of conformity, the Buyer may request, at no cost, the repair of the purchased item or the termination of this contract, unless the request is objectively impossible to satisfy or results for the Seller too burdensome pursuant to art. 130, paragraph 4, of the Consumer Code.

 

1.5 The request must be sent in writing, by registered letter with return receipt or by certified e-mail, to the Seller, who will indicate his willingness to proceed with the request, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so, within seven working days from receipt. In the same communication, where the Seller has accepted the Buyer's request, he must indicate the method of delivery or return of the goods as well as the deadline for repairing the defective product.

 

1.6 If the repair is impossible or excessively burdensome, or the Seller has not repaired the goods within the period referred to in the previous point or, finally, the repair previously carried out caused significant inconvenience to the Buyer, he may request the resolution of the contract . In this case, the Buyer must send his request to the Seller, who will indicate his willingness to carry out the same, or the reasons that prevent him from doing so, within seven working days of receipt.

 

Return

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can withdraw within 14 days of receiving the product. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of your order net of the shipping costs for returning the product as soon as a check is made to verify the integrity of the watch, making sure it has never been worn. As soon as we receive your return request via e-mail within 14 days of receiving the watch, it will be our interest to collect the item. The refund process is completely free!

 

Sale with declaration

 

For all items in which it is indicated in the description that a declaration of sale is issued, we inform customers that to complete the declaration of sale as a private individual, we must be provided with a copy of a valid identity document and a copy of the tax code. If the buyer does not wish to provide the required documents, please send us an email with the acceptance of the shipment not accompanied by the declaration of sale, thank you.

 

 

GENERAL DIRECTIVE FOR WATER RESISTANCE LEVELS

 

Watch makers can use other terminology to measure water resistance:

to. Water Resistant: It can resist moisture from accidental splashes, rain, sweat, etc.

b. Water Resistant 30 meters: It can resist moisture and can be submerged, but not for swimming.

c. 50 meters water resistant: It can resist moisture and can also be worn while swimming in shallow water.

d. 100 meters water resistant: The watch can be worn while snorkeling, diving and swimming.

And. Water resistant 200 meters (or more): The watch can be worn during standard diving.

f. Water Resistant 1,000 meters: The watch can be worn for deep water diving.

g. ATM. (atmosphere), where 1 ATM is equal to 10 meters.

h. Bar, where 1 bar equals 10 meters.
